Equipping every resident of Quezon City District 2 with life-saving skills, emergency response protocols, and hands-on simulation drills to protect lives and communities when it matters most.
The Philippines consistently ranks among the world's most disaster-prone nations. Quezon City's District 2 is home to diverse communities that face risks from earthquakes, flooding, fire, and other hazards.
This program is designed and coordinated by the District 2 Local Government in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine Red Cross, and Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committees (BDRRMCs).
Our goal: transform ordinary residents into first responders for their own communities.
A two-day comprehensive curriculum designed by certified disaster risk professionals.
All batches run Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Meals and training materials are provided. Attendance on both days is required for certification.
